Course Offering
戴维斯中文学校采用美洲中文标准教材，提供从学龄前一直到九年级同步且分级课堂教学服务。包括老师课堂教授汉语拼音，中文识字，文字书写，中文写作以及中文诗歌赏析等广泛及丰富的教学内容。让我们的孩子在海外也能不断地从学习汉语的过程中，既能掌握中文的各种能力，有可以有机会得到中华文明和传统的熏陶。
At Davis Newstar Chinese School, we are using American Chinese standard textbooks to provide synchronous and graded classroom teaching services from preschool to ninth grade. Including teachers' classroom teaching of Chinese Pinyin, Chinese literacy, writing, Chinese writing and Chinese poetry appreciation and other extensive and rich teaching content. Let our children continue to learn Chinese while overseas, master various abilities in Chinese, and have the opportunity to be influenced by Chinese civilization and tradition.
K - the 3rd Grade

Just like building a building or a tower, the foundation determines the height. The 4th - 6th Grade
对于这个阶段的孩子，学习的难度将有所提高。基本上我们会教授孩子更多的词汇量，以及对词语和句子的使用能力。同时增强对中华传统文化的认知，培养对短文的读诵以及阅读的兴趣。
For children at this stage, the difficulty of learning will increase. Basically we teach children more vocabulary and the ability to use words and sentences. At the same time, it enhances the understanding of traditional Chinese culture and cultivates interest in reciting and reading short articles. .
The 7th - 9th Grade
因为有了一定的基础，我们集中培养高年级的学生的认字量，以及全面的听说读写能力。通过各种活泼的教学方式，包括专门的AP班设置，引导孩子在汉语学习的道路上更上一层楼。
Because we have a certain foundation, we focus on cultivating senior students' literacy and comprehensive listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Through various lively teaching methods, including special AP class settings, we guide children to take their Chinese learning to the next level.
After school programs
学校还准备了一系列的课外活动兴趣班。当正常的中文课结束后，学生们有机会参加各种各样的的兴趣课程。比如有偏向于培养艺术和舞蹈的舞蹈班，培养孩子电脑编程兴趣的编程班，以及鼓励孩子运动的篮球班等等。家长也可以选择参加专门为成人开放的舞蹈和篮球班。欢迎大家积极报名参加。
Our school also offers a diverse range of extracurricular activities and interest-based classes. After regular Chinese classes, students can participate in a variety of courses that cater to their interests.
