为了提高教学质量，以及为社区提供更多的社会实践机会，每年开学之前，新星中文学校会提供一定数量的小助教职位。只要是有一定中文基础的在校高中生皆可以尝试申请。欢迎大家前来申请！
To enhance teaching quality and provide more opportunities for community service, Newstar Chinese School offers various teaching assistant positions before the start of each school year. Any current high school student with a basic level of Chinese proficiency is welcome to apply. We welcome everyone to apply!
家长课间值勤
新星中文学校能这么多年服务于我们的社区和孩子们，多亏我们的家长们的一同努力和帮助！按照一贯的惯例，我们需要 家长们在每次上课的第一节课和第二节课之间的课间2:20-2:30PM值日，以防孩子们出现意外。惯例是学校每位同学的家长需要在2025-2026学年轮流值日两次，每次值日需要5名家长。如果有两个孩子同时在学校上学的家长需要轮值四次，以此类推。 下面是家长值日一直到今年年底的signup的链接，明年的链接我会在大约11月份再发出来。另外，请大家在signup的时候不要修改"Qty"里面的数字，让它保持1。因为这个代表每次你家来几位家长来轮值。请家长们积极配合。到时轮到排班的家长请提前10到15分钟到Office签到领值班背心。谢谢！
Newstar Chinese School has been able to serve our community and our children for so many years thanks to the dedicated efforts and support of our parents! As always, we need parents to serve as duty officers between the first and second periods of each school day, from 2:20 to 2:30PM, to help prevent any unforeseen circumstances. Parents of each student will be required to take turns serving as duty officers twice during the 2025-2026 school year, with 5 parents required on each shift. Parents with two children attending the school will need to serve four shifts, and so on. Below is the link to the signup form for parent duty until the end of this year. I will post the link for next year's duty around November. Please do not change the number in the 'Qty' field when signing up; leave it at 1. This indicates how many parents will be on duty each time. We appreciate your cooperation. Parents whose shifts are scheduled should arrive at the office 10 to 15 minutes early to sign in and receive their duty vests. Thank you.
