毕业于华中师范大学英语专业，持有英语专业八级证书和普通话一级证书。从事儿童双语教育近20年，积累了丰富的儿童教学和教育管理经验。热爱孩子，热爱教育事业，也非常重视在轻松、愉快的氛围中激发孩子对语言和学习的兴趣。 我喜欢与孩子相处，也喜欢探索不同的文化。曾独自背包旅行六个月，走访多个国家和地区，并曾在西藏、泰国、柬埔寨和越南参与短期支教。这些经历让我更加珍惜教育的意义，也让我认识到语言不仅是沟通的工具，更是连接文化、家庭和人与人之间感情的桥梁。 希望能够将自己的教学经验、耐心和热情带到中文教育中，陪伴孩子们快乐学习中文，了解中华文化，并在学习中建立自信、收获成长。 I graduated from Central China Normal University with a degree in English and hold the TEM-8 (Test for English Majors—Band 8) certificate as well as a Level 1-A Mandarin Proficiency Certificate. I have nearly 20 years of experience in bilingual education for children, with extensive experience in both teaching and educational management. I love working with children and am passionate about education. I also believe strongly in creating a relaxed, positive, and enjoyable learning environment where children can develop a genuine interest in language and learning. I truly enjoy spending time with children and exploring different cultures. I once traveled independently as a backpacker for six months, visiting several countries and regions. I also participated in short-term volunteer teaching programs in Tibet, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the meaning and value of education and taught me that language is more than a tool for communication—it is a bridge that connects cultures, families, and people. I hope to bring my teaching experience, patience, and enthusiasm to Chinese language education. I look forward to helping children learn Chinese in a joyful and engaging way, develop an appreciation for Chinese language and culture, and build confidence and grow through their learning journey.

大家好！我是张美芳老师，现任K2班的中文教师。我本科毕业于中国广东，后于加州州立大学萨克拉门托分校取得会计学学士学位。 在教学中，我注重将扎实的逻辑思维与温和、耐心的互动相结合。我致力于为孩子们营造一个充满乐趣且具浸润性的双语学习环境，通过故事、游戏与文化体验，激发他们对中文探索的兴趣，建立自信，为幼小衔接打下坚实的基础。期待与孩子们一起开心成长！ My name is Teacher Meifang Zhang, and I am the K2 Chinese teacher. I completed my undergraduate degree in Guangdong, China, and later earned my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. In the classroom, I blend structured, logical thinking with a patient and warm approach to early childhood education. I am dedicated to providing a fun, immersive bilingual learning environment. Through interactive stories, games, and rich cultural experiences, I aim to spark children's curiosity, build their language confidence, and create a smooth transition into kindergarten. 劉思彤 本科畢業于北京信息科技大學 學士； 研究生畢業於香港都會大學 MBA； 在美加兩地從事少兒教育超過十年，曾在加拿大弟子規學會教授中華傳統文化和中文等課程13年；曾在萬佛聖城育良小學男校教低年級唐詩課程；曾在法界聖城培德中學教七年級傳統文化課程《孝經》；在新星中文學校曾教授k班、現在教一年級，並曾代課七年級。 對低年級同學，能夠編排有趣的課程内容，如音樂、識字短視頻、拼音口訣等穿插在教材中，寓教於樂，激發孩子們對中文和傳統文化的學習興趣。 對高年級同學，則力圖配合課文，帶入中國文化中勸學勤學、德育自勵的内容，激勵孩子樹立宏遠的人生志向而奮發圖强。 教學風格舒緩隨和而不失嚴格、課堂氣氛輕鬆溫馨又紀律嚴明，教學開展按部就班前緊後鬆，以帶動同學‘寬爲限 緊用功’，按計劃完成學年學習任務。 最大的心願是通過中文教學、弘揚優秀的中華傳統文化，以中華文明之光普照中西方，令世界和平！ Sitong Liu holds a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Information Science and Technology University and an MBA from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. With over a decade of experience in children's education across the United States and Canada, I taught courses on traditional Chinese culture and the Chinese language at the Canadan DiZi Gui Organization for 13 years. I also taught Tang Dynasty poetry to lower-grade students at the Boys' School of Yuliang Elementary (City of Ten Thousand Buddhas) and a 7th-grade course on the Classic of Filial Piety (*Xiao Jing*) at Developing Virtues Secondary School (City of Dharma Realm). At New Star Chinese School, I have taught K class and currently teach the first grade, in addition to having served as a substitute teacher for the seventh grade. For younger students, I design engaging lesson content—such as music, short videos for character recognition, and Pinyin rhymes—interwoven with the curriculum; this approach blends education with entertainment, sparking the children's interest in the Chinese language and traditional culture. For older students, I aim to complement the text with themes from Chinese culture that encourage a love of learning and moral self-cultivation, inspiring them to set ambitious life goals and strive for excellence. My teaching style is relaxed and approachable yet rigorous; the classroom atmosphere is warm and lighthearted, balanced by strict discipline. The curriculum is structured to be intensive early on and more relaxed later, encouraging students to adopt a mindset of "relaxed in outlook but diligent in effort" as they complete their academic tasks for the year. My greatest wish is to promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture through Chinese language education, allowing the light of Chinese civilization to shine upon both East and West, and ultimately fostering world peace.

刘燕老师， 毕业于沈阳师范大学数学教育系。曾在萨克拉门托地区多所中文学校 教授中文，熟悉不同版本的中文教材，教过K-7不同年级。性格开朗，平易近人， 教学严谨，经验丰富。 Yan Liu graduated from Shenyang Normal University. She has been teaching Chinese in numerous Chinese schools in the Sacramento area. She is familiar with different versions of Chinese textbooks and has taught different grades from K to 7th. She is caring, easy-going, and has extensive teaching experience.

张胜君,毕业于上海商学院,主修视觉传达艺术,获得普通话一级甲等,水彩,素描,速写专业知 识的证书,毕业后前期在上海从事教育行业,后期在美国主攻并从事少儿教育机构行业,有专业 的理论知识储备和丰富的教学经验,在我的中文课上,特色以双语为教学,提升逻辑思维,丰富 精神世界,从而走出很广阔的天空。 I graduated from Shanghai Business School, majoring in visual communication art, obtained the certificate for teaching Mandarin , watercolor, sketching and sketching professional knowledge. After graduation, I was in Shanghai teaching in children's education institutions. She has professional theoretical knowledge and rich teaching experience.
